I cannot listen to this group without hoping that Amy Lee will drop out of the sky somewhere and just suck the lifeforce from my jugular. Love her, love the lyrics, love the style -(I could NEVER get away with that when dropping my kids off at a soccer game. I don't know, maybe I could...
**FANTASY**FANTASY** FANTASY**
My black, web-encrusted, mini-van pulls to a screeching halt at the local park. I emerge from the driver's side with my black cloak pulled over my face, shielding my alabaster skin from the tormenting sun, allowing onlookers only a glimpse of my heavily black rimmed eyes and long flowing blacker than black hair. I open the back door while my four kids pile out of the van.
"What time wilt thou be donst with this infernal merriment?" I ask them, as I give each one a kiss on the cheek, accidentally knicking their delicate skin.
"MOM! Now I have blood on my uniform, gross!" They say in unison.
"Pick us up at noon." They say.
"What? That is the witching hour...I'm a vampire...You have never tried to understand me at all! That totally, like disrespects who I am." I say.
The kids are already in the game. I notice people are gathering with ropes and some are armed with ketchup bottles and other miscellaneous debri from the concession stand. I realize I should take my leave before they hang me from the nearest tree.
